Have you ever worried that your designs will end up looking the same with some businesses out there? To prevent this, we create branding to help your brand stands out, enhance your message, and creates meaningful first impressions to your potential customers.

For all new clients, we require to have the Project Brief, the contract signed, and a fifty percent downpayment of the total fee before we can commence work on your project. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the project. If you decide to stay on as a long-term client, then we don’t require pre-payments for each project. We also offer 7 and 15 days payment terms.

We accept payment in the form of bank transfer,debit card, credit card and Paypal.

Before the start of any project, we require to have the Project Brief. This is where we discuss your project ideas and target market. We then ask for design samples that you like or dislike to get an idea of your taste. Sometimes some client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin the task. These initial ideas are created using the latest graphic/web design software. The design visuals are then forwarded to the client for feedback. We listen carefully to client feedback, offering solutions and advice to any issues that may arise. If any alterations are required, these are made and the enhanced visual is resubmitted to the client. This process continues until we receive client approval.

Sometimes customers require our services at very short notice. We can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and how full our production schedule is. However, a rush fee may be added. Call us to find out.

Once we have received the final payment, we will supply all electronic files through google drive or email. For print jobs, you will also receive high-resolution PDFs, which can be taken to a printer of your choice. Copyright for all work carried out by Digiloop will be transferred to the client as soon as the balance has been settled in full. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
